New Episode: Adapting Better to Life Changes

Shownotes

Many times, when change comes into our lives against our will, it feels scary. However, it’s just a stepping stone to becoming our better selves. We grow through frustrations! On this episode we’re discussing some of our strategies of dealing with change.

The Takeaways

  • Change is inevitable – look at evolution, ha!
  • You have to stay in tune with yourself and make changes on your own, by your own rules. Otherwise, life will figure it out and force it upon you.
  • Take a look at your sun sign and the cusp of each house – is it cardinal, fixed or mutable? Mutable signs are more “go with the flow” and areas with fixed signs will be more resistant to change.
  • Focus on what you can control – and your mind is the only thing you can truly control.
